12-month limited warranty
Nexqorao products include a limited warranty against material manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below. This warranty is provided in addition to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
What is covered
The warranty covers qualifying defects in materials or workmanship that affect normal use, including failures that are not caused by accident, misuse, unauthorised modification or normal wear.
What is not covered
- Normal cosmetic wear, scratches, discolouration or gradual battery capacity loss.
- Damage from drops, liquid exposure, heat, improper charging or unauthorised repair.
- Loss, theft or damage during return transit that is not arranged by us.
- Products purchased from an unauthorised seller or altered after delivery.
- Consumable parts and accessories where the failure is unrelated to a manufacturing defect.
How to make a claim
Email [email protected] with your order reference, product name or SKU, a description of the fault, and clear photographs or a short video showing the issue. Our team may ask for troubleshooting information before approving a claim.
Do not send a product back until you receive return instructions. Approved claims may be resolved by repair, replacement, replacement parts or a refund where a suitable remedy is unavailable.
Statutory rights
This limited warranty does not replace mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction. Where local law provides a longer minimum period or a broader remedy, those rights continue to apply.
